What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Code environmental commitments from environmental and permit approval documents into the EMMA database
- Prepare compliance reports and manage mitigation compliance information
- Assist with construction-phase documentation and compliance reporting
- Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues related to the EMMA database
- Complete quality control and auditing efforts to track environmental compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in environmental planning, biology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Ability to manage and track compliance information effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in database management applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in construction compliance tracking, documentation, and reporting
- Familiarity with state and federal environmental laws and regulations
- Experience with design-build contracting and construction processes
- Background in large, complex environmental compliance programs
- Knowledge of EMMA database or similar systems
