The Compliance Specialist is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and supporting compliance with CCS program policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This role develops and implements monitoring tools and schedules to track cases from intake through payment, ensuring data integrity and operational accuracy throughout the program lifecycle. The Compliance Specialist analyzes findings to identify compliance trends, assess training needs, and support continuous improvement efforts. This position assists with internal and external audits, creates and maintains training materials, and supports management in developing and delivering training plans. The Compliance Specialist also provides onboarding and ongoing training for staff, conducts program monitoring activities across operational units, and performs other related duties as assigned to support effective program operations.

• Conduct thorough reviews of case files and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.
• Apply meticulous attention to detail when analyzing case information, ensuring that all relevant data is correctly captured and interpreted.
• Maintain high standards of data integrity through careful auditing and cross-checking case records.
• Monitor data integrity throughout the program.
• Assist with internal and external audits as required.
• Evaluate staff's adherence to child care service policies and procedures to identify training gaps and support the development of targeted training plans in collaboration with management.
• Design, maintain, and deliver training materials; conduct ongoing training updates to promote continuous professional development.
• Other related duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in child development or a closely related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in social services including experience in working with limited income families from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
• Previous management or administration position with experience in developing, implementing, tracking, and follow-through to determine successful results.
• Experience in preparing and maintaining documents and records with a systematic approach.
• Computer proficiency required includes Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to utilize a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
• Excellent demonstrated organizational, verbal and written communication skills including the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, parents and external vendors with professionalism and diplomacy.
• Must be legally authorized to work in US/TX.
• Position subject to successful completion of background checks.
