Job summary

OWL Services, a premier provider of installation, program management and service solutions, seeks a Compliance Specialist for its Brooks, KY location. The role focuses on administrative duties, equipment and certification tracking, and Salesforce case management.

You will support subcontractor communications, purchase orders, and scheduling while delivering reliable, detail-oriented service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative role is required.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Industry knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and a team mindset.
• Able to work in a high-paced environment with changing deadlines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track fuel testing equipment and recertifications as needed.
• Manage and track certifications for compliance testers.
• Manage and update subcontractor correspondences.
• Create and manage purchase orders for tools, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Manage compliance cases in Salesforce.
• Review service calls for accuracy (returns, parts, correctness).
• Index documents to calls and assist with scheduling.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
