Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a Compliance Servicing Specialist to provide front-line call center and operational support for IRA, ESA and HSA compliance issues. You will assist financial institutions and Ascensus staff, develop proficiency in IRS rules, and promote Ascensus products where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related work experience.
• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of financial services industry, especially credit unions/banks.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls to provide compliance and operational assistance for IRA, HSA, ESA and other account types.
• Process death claims and related forms for deceased account owners.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities for Ascensus products.
• Protect confidential data and ensure proper handling and security of information.
