We are currently seeking a Compliance Senior Analyst to join our team.

Hours: 8AM CST to 5PM CST (subject to change based on client needs)

Salary: $53,136/year

Basic Qualifications:

• 2 years of demonstrated expertise in life insurance & annuities, with understanding of products and concepts.
• 2 years of experience communicating with insurance company home offices, ensuring high client satisfaction.
• 2 years of experience with methodology writing for creating clear and concise documentation.
• 2 years of experience coordinating or leading special projects, supervising, monitoring, and verifying contracts of junior associates.

Responsibilities:

• Review, monitor, and verify investigation documents prepared by junior associates for accuracy and thoroughness.
• Interact with the admin team and clients to resolve policy issues and analyze processes.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Apply life insurance and annuity experience.
• Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Assist with escalated client or account issues.
• Represent the company professionally in all communications.
• Analyze data to identify trends and root causes.
• Support programs, projects, reporting, and confidential materials management.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in administrative support areas.
• Review, update, and implement process and policy improvements.
• Manage confidential information securely.
• Lead and coordinate special projects.
• Exhibit advanced writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Adapt effectively to changing priorities; demonstrate exceptional client service, organization, and time management skills.

Remote Working and Technology Requirements

To work remotely, individuals must meet all established requirements for a home workspace and technology.

Technology:

• Company-provided computer and headset.
• Responsible for equipment care and security; must return equipment upon separation.
• High-speed internet (≥50 Mbps) required; wired Ethernet connection preferred.
• Wi-Fi, mobile, wireless, and public internet connections are prohibited outside the home.

Technical Performance and Issue Tracking:

• Monitor and ensure consistent availability; adhere to support protocols.
• Chronic connectivity issues may result in change to onsite work.

Remote Workspace:

Maintain a professional, dedicated workspace with minimal distractions, ideally isolated from household members, and consistent location unless prior approval is obtained for relocation.

• Notify management before changing work location.
