POSITION SUMMARY

The Enterprise Print & Distribution (EPD) Quality Review and Audit Senior Analyst of Communications Fulfillment/Inspection leads projects or project steps with a broader perspective and business acumen. This role takes accountability for activities impacting the entire facility, requiring autonomy and collaboration. The person exercises judgment in evaluating, selecting, and adapting techniques and procedures.

We seek ambitious, communicative individuals who are proactive in improving the team. EP&D promotes a collaborative environment that fosters growth and learning. The Senior Analyst will also perform data analysis and tracking related to errors, trends, and risks.

Candidates within 50 miles of the following locations will be required to work in person 3 days per week: Bloomfield, CT; Chattanooga, TN; Denver, CO; St Louis, MO; Scottsdale, AZ.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Inspect and review program, compliance, and campaign communications, ensuring all requirements are met and error-free.
  2. Create and refine policies and procedures for quality assurance.
  3. Adhere to industry regulatory requirements and communicate updates.
  4. Identify flaws in the production process and implement fixes; manage issues from root cause to preventative measures.
  5. Provide process improvement recommendations based on analysis.
  6. Resolve non-routine issues with forward thinking and experience.

Key Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, quality assurance, or related fields.
  • Experience with testing, auditing, and quality inspection.
  • Experience within Enterprise Print & Distribution.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analytics reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Strategic thinking and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization.
  • Sound business and technical acumen.
  • Maturity and flexibility to interact independently with diverse partners.

For remote work, internet connection must be via cable broadband or fiber with at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speeds.

Salary range: $58,400 - $97,400 annually, depending on experience and location. The role may be eligible for an annual bonus.
