Harris Beach Murtha is seeking a Compliance and Risk Specialist to join the Information Governance and Risk Management team. The role focuses on administering business insurance, contract management, and risk controls while coordinating with leadership on renewals and policy improvements.

You will manage multiple insurance programs, oversee contract documentation, and support incident response and risk projects in a collaborative, hybrid office setting in upstate New York.

Formación

• 3+ years of risk management experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, accounting, finance or closely related major (preferred).
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Sound judgment, accountability and ability to work independently with competing deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Administer all business insurance for Harris Beach Murtha including multiple lines.
• Manage renewal processes for insurance coverage with brokers to price competitive programs.
• Coordinate with leadership to manage insurance renewals (limits, retention, rates, premiums).
• Recommend solutions to risk-related issues.
• Oversee certificates of insurance production and management.
• Handle administration of client contracts per policies and legal requirements.
• Participate in Contract Management System advancement.
• Manage contract information in the central repository for maintenance and renewals.
• Distribute contract information to attorneys and admins for maintenance.
