Job summary

Northwest Bank seeks a Senior Compliance Manager to oversee CMS governance, policies, and change management. This role drives gap analyses, control design, testing, and remediation while coordinating with leadership on risk and regulatory issues.

You will socialize changes, track RAMs, KRIs, and EWIs, and prepare clear reporting for the Chief Compliance Officer and Board committees, ensuring timely and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• 5–6 years banking compliance and/or relevant experience.
• CRC certification path within 39 months; CRCM certification eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CMS design, administration, and enhancements with governance standards.
• Lead regulatory change tracking, gap analysis, and control validation.
• Oversee compliance issues, corrective actions, and escalation to CCO.
• Coordinate governance forums and board reporting with executive leadership.
• Monitor CMS components, testing, and regulatory feedback to drive enhancements.
