Description
Acara Solutions is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist in Williamsville, NY
- Type: 6-month contract with possible extension in 2026
- Schedule: Hybrid - Two days per week on site, Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM
- Pay Rate: $25.00-$30.00
Responsibilities:
- Research & Monitoring - Support research and tracking of business needs, regulations, and changes related to registrations, licenses, and filings.
- Licensing & Registration - Assist in researching requirements, preparing applications, and maintaining compliance for licensing and business registrations across states
- Documentation & Communication - Help maintain process documentation and performance tracking; communicate updates and metrics to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred. An additional two (2) years of relevant experience may be substituted in place of a degree.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in corporate or regulatory licensing management, regulatory compliance research, or compliance monitoring.
- Advanced proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to quickly learn new software programs.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Prior experience with self-funded group health plans is preferred.
