TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Manage the state regulatory activities necessary to obtain and maintain registrations including, FIFRA Sections 3, 24(c), 2(ee), 18, 5 for crop protection products;
  2. Compile and submit required data and documents necessary for registration across all States.
  3. Manage and submit monthly, biennial and annual renewals for assigned products.
  4. Communicate with State regulatory agencies regarding submissions, approvals, renewals, etc.
  5. Maintain, update and extract data from regulatory databases.
  6. Review product labels for accuracy and consistency.
  7. Track and process payment of state registration fees, including but not limited to, new product registration fees, annual state renewal fees, tonnage, etc.
  8. Provide regulatory support and service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  9. Respond to inquiries for regulatory information from internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Scan regulatory and supporting documents, file in databases and/or mail to designated recipients.

THE CANDIDATE IS REQUIRED TO POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:

  1. BA/BS in a field of science, business, or a related degree plus 4 years of regulatory experience.
  2. Experience interpreting and complying with laws & regulations to support regulatory submissions/approvals.
  3. Strong attention to detail is required.
  4. Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
  5. Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
  6. Experience successfully managing information in databases.
  7. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  9. Experience with document comparison tools is a plus.
