Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum two years in security, law, social work, detention, or related fields.
• Management and supervisory experience relevant to program goals.
• Two years in compliance, quality assurance, or similar areas.
• Knowledge of TVPRA, Flores Settlement and related regulations for unaccompanied children.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, with up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing program-wide compliance with laws, regulations, and MVM policies.
• Manage the Quality Control program and drive improvements.
• Update policies and training materials to reflect best practices.
• Draft and develop new policies and procedures.
• Conduct operational inspections and audits of program activities and records.
• Analyze data to identify trends and perform root-cause analyses.
• Coordinate corrective actions with managers and track effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Mission Support to ensure overall program compliance.
• Ensure reporting requirements are met and communicate issues to leadership.
• Maintain comprehensive, organized records of all compliance activities.
