U.S. Bank is seeking a Compliance Quality Assurance Lead Analyst to oversee testing within the IRRA second line. The role collaborates with business units and risk professionals to strengthen fiduciary and regulatory controls and to deliver clear risk reporting to leadership.

The position emphasizes strong analytical skills, communication, and the ability to coach Analysts. A JD or professional certifications are preferred and the role requires working from a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically, more than six years of applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and execute testing activities within the IRRA second line organization.
• Partner with BUs and Risk, Compliance, and Audit professionals to maintain risk management framework.
• Identify control and process weaknesses through testing activities and propose mitigations.
• Communicate testing results to the Manager with well written reports and escalate significant risks as needed.
