The role collaborates with Risk Management, the Compliance Officer, BSA Officer, and business units to implement regulatory requirements and update policies, procedures, and controls.

The position emphasizes coordinating project deliverables, maintaining timelines, documenting decisions, and communicating across departments.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or industry certifications equivalent to a bachelor's degree.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication, both oral and written.
• Ability to research and comprehend state and federal regulations for financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate compliance projects and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, task lists.
• Assist with compliance program documentation and regulatory tracking logs.
• Serve as liaison between Risk Management, business units, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Assist with external regulatory examinations, internal audit requests, and corrective action tracking.
• Continue professional development with at least 20 hours of continuing education and training each year.
• Follow BSA/AML Compliance Program requirements.
