Job summary

The role partners with BUs to ensure adherence to CMO processes, including documentation, training, reporting, and follow-up, and assists the Department Manager in compliance risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Law, or Business with 3 years' PM or policy administration or analytics.
• Experience managing and developing presentations and communication plans.
• Experience liaison between business units, vendors and IT for software programs.
• Regulatory program management or related compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in planning for Compliance Management Operations and engage regulated BUs.
• Governance and assurance to ensure compliant processes and metrics tracking.
• Promote a culture of integrity and documented compliance with risk mitigation.
• Develop governance strategies and advise on regulatory objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, operations, and QA to ensure standards.
