Qualifications

• Five years of experience in legal compliance, risk management, or internal audit.
• Ability to lead day-to-day operations and teams.
• Master’s degree may substitute with relevant experience (3 years) and 2 years in a manager role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate compliance programs, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce compliance protocols.
• Develop and deliver training and advisory support on compliance best practices.
• Produce reports for senior management detailing risks and remediation status.
• Interpret and reinforce company policies to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.
