As a Compliance Program Group Manager within PNC's Enterprise Compliance organization, you will work remotely. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

Job Description
- Oversees, establishes and enhances effective compliance programs and designs policies to identify and prevent illegal, unethical, or improper business practices. Responsible for staff development and talent management. Challenging conclusions and influencing sophisticated customers using established credibility.
- Supports key business initiatives by analyzing data to identify compliance risks. Presents resolutions to senior business partners and external stakeholders. Considers compliance impact on marketing materials, sales programs, product development, documentation review, and other initiatives. Collaborates with legal, audit, and risk teams. May include developing and conducting compliance training for junior staff.
- Assesses activities for existing and emerging risks. Evaluates risk materiality and presents mitigation recommendations to leadership. Ensures policies and manuals align with current laws and regulations. Manages regulatory examinations and inquiries, coordinating interviews and information requests.
- Oversees the compliance monitoring program, reviews activities, and establishes program objectives. Communicates these objectives to leadership, external stakeholders, and staff. Challenges analyses and offers value-added recommendations. Advises junior staff on analysis and reporting techniques.
- Manages all compliance report data, presents reports to leadership and external stakeholders, and escalates issues as needed. Reviews and approves reports before distribution.

Qualifications
Candidates should demonstrate relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Typically, 8+ years of industry experience and at least 5 years of management experience are required. Higher education or certifications are desirable. In lieu of a degree, equivalent experience and military service may be considered.

Pay Transparency
Base salary ranges from $100,000 to $276,640. Compensation may vary based on location, skills, experience, and education. Incentives are based on performance.
