Job summary

Playson is seeking a software developer inside compliance to build a secure, automated evidence pipeline for game certification and ISO/SOC2 readiness. You will own the technical side of certification, generating hashes, configuration snapshots, version manifests, and responding to regulators with precise, evidence-based answers.

You will replace manual evidence collection with engineered controls, automating trails and ensuring fast, compliant shipping of game updates across regulated markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years writing production code; comfortable reading others' codebase
• Strong Node.js and TypeScript for game math packages, engine integration, and compliance automation
• Experience building certified products for regulated environments
• Ability to turn manual, high-stakes processes into engineered controls and repeatable artefacts
• Ability to read data and write queries (SQL) and understand metrics pipelines

Responsibilities

• Own the compliance pipeline as a product; automate evidence collection and audit trails
• Interact with auditors and regulators, providing precise, evidence-backed responses
• Develop and maintain hashes, PAR sheets, configuration snapshots, and version manifests
• Shorten time from ready to ship to ready to show an auditor without weakening standards
• Collaborate with math, QA, platform, and SRE teams across games and platform
