Playson is seeking a Software Developer, Compliance to own the engineering of a secure compliance pipeline, enabling faster and safer game and platform releases. You will defend artifacts with auditors and ISO labs, build evidence, automate controls, and shorten ship-to-auditor time.

The role demands strong Node.js/TypeScript, 3+ years production code, and experience with cert processes in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• Developer first: 3+ years writing production code.
• Strong Node.js and TypeScript skills.
• Experience with building certified products in regulated environments.
• Build pipelines and automated evidence rather than checklists.
• Ability to read data and write SQL queries.
• Composure under audit and regulator scrutiny.

Responsibilities

• Run a certification submission yourself: evidence pack, lab correspondence, deficiency tracking, certificate in hand.
• Sign off compliance evidence at the certification and pre-release gates independently.
• Ship a measurable pipeline improvement: less manual evidence, a shorter path to lab-ready.
• Present a plan for ISO evidence hygiene and SOC 2 control gaps.
