Responsibilities:

• Provide regular updates to Compliance Department management for external training opportunities
• Conduct the escalation process for failed or overdue assignments, including any required meetings with management
• Conduct the day‑to‑day activities of the Compliance Training Program such as launching training assignments, monitoring employee population, assigning new hire compliance training, tracking completion of training assignments, escalating overdue or failed assignments, and reporting MIS to key stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with non‑Compliance Department teams such as HR on training, MIS, and examinations
• Support the monitoring of the policy and procedure manuals
