• Hand off Regulatory Compliance work clear enough that nobody has to ask twice.
• Make general tradeoffs visible so Civic Solutions Group can weigh them.
• Keep Notary Public documentation current as the work outpaces it.
• Provide hands-on support to colleagues and Civic Solutions Group clients as needed.
• Earn the trust to make fiercely-supportive judgment calls without a committee.
• Catch the Regulatory Reporting regression a tired reviewer would miss.
