Compliance Officer - BSA/AML and Fraud Testing

Key Bank is seeking a Compliance Officer specializing in BSA/AML and Fraud Testing. The role is remote, and the candidate will be part of the second line of defense Compliance Risk Management function, focusing on evaluating Key's compliance with laws and regulations through monitoring and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute BSA/AML (KYC, CIP, CDD, EDD), OFAC, and Fraud testing and monitoring.
• Analyze risks and controls, document findings, and report to management.
• Review policies and procedures for compliance with banking laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with management and internal teams to ensure effective risk management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in BSA/AML, OFAC, Fraud compliance, risk management, or audit.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and industry trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Autonomous and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred: Relevant certifications such as CAMS, CAFP, CFE, and experience with data analysis tools.

This position offers a salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, with potential incentive compensation. The role may be mobile or home-based, supporting flexible work arrangements.
