The U.S. Pharmacopeial Convention (USP) seeks a Compliance Manager, Verification Programs to provide hands-on compliance management for the Verification Programs department, overseeing certification activities, related documentation, and audits to meet program objectives.
This is a remote+, individual-contributor role based near Rockville, MD, requiring a Bachelor’s degree and 10 years in quality/regulatory compliance, with ISO/QMS experience and strong stakeholder collaboration.

This is a hands‑on, non‑supervisory position responsible for providing compliance management to the Verification Programs department. The incumbent manages certification/accreditation activities that impact Verification Programs, applicable documentation (SOPs, forms, manuals), and associated audits to meet program objectives and support USP’s Mission. Additionally, this person assists with quality continuous improvement processes as well as Verification documentation reviews for Program participants.

Base Salary Range: USD $100,042.00 – $142,560 annually.
Target Annual Bonus: % Varies based on level of role.
