This is a hands‑on, non‑supervisory position responsible for providing compliance management to the Verification Programs department. The incumbent manages certification/accreditation activities that impact Verification Programs, applicable documentation (SOPs, forms, manuals), and associated audits to meet program objectives and support USP’s Mission. Additionally, this person assists with quality continuous improvement processes as well as Verification documentation reviews for Program participants.
This is a “remote+” opportunity requiring onsite visits 1‑3x/month in our Rockville, MD Headquarters, so must be within reasonable commuting distance.

Base Salary Range: USD $100,042.00 – $142,560 annually.
Target Annual Bonus: % Varies based on level of role.
