Compliance Manager (m/f)

He/she ensures our company's policies and rules are in line with regulatory and ethical standards, regardless of whether government or a company's executive management establish the standards. He/she conducts audits and makes recommendations that will maintain the company good reputation.

Job Duties

• Periodically conduct audits and reviews to ensure execution of compliance standards
• Conduct interviews, scrutinize details, and ask questions to ensure employees maintain compliance across various departments
• Investigate compliance problems to discover their root causes
• Stay informed about environmental standards and ensure company operates within those standards
• Write and distribute documents to educate others on how to improve compliance
• Fill out and file reports with various compliance agencies
• Examine and improve auditing processes to prevent or resolve compliance issues timely
• Communicate confidentially with employees and address any concerns about ethical or compliance matters within a department or division
• Demonstrate an approachable, professional demeanor
• Strive to meet and exceed compliance standards for peak operating efficiency
• Consult with attorneys and other professionals on compliance matters
• Spearhead and help design programs to improve compliance in environmental, ethical, and other areas
• Demonstrate knowledge of ethical employment standards set out by law and corporate regulations

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree, relevant Certification, Experience, Detail-Oriented, Personal Integrity.

Languages

Fluent English and/or at least one of the following languages: Chinese, French, German, Spanish, Arabic, Hausa, Portuguese, Hebrew, Korean, Japanese, Polish, Russian.
