With an expanding global presence and a strong commitment to client service, we are seeking a skilled Compliance Manager to join our growing team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Manager to lead the coordination and execution of entity compliance tasks, including the preparation, tracking, and filing of annual reports, other jurisdictional compliance filings for U.S. and international entities. The Compliance Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely and accurate filings, mitigating risk and maintaining entities in good standing globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor annual report filings, entity renewals, and other compliance obligations across U.S. states and international jurisdictions.
• Maintain and enhance IBCF’s global compliance calendar, task management systems, and client notification protocols.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients regarding compliance deadlines, status updates, document requests, and jurisdictional requirements.
• Collaborate with international and domestic government agencies to execute filings and retrieve official documents (e.g., certificates of good standing, certified copies).
• Assist with onboarding new entities into compliance systems, including data entry and jurisdictional research.
• Ensure accurate tracking of client compliance requirements through internal software and tools.
• Proactively identify compliance risks and escalate potential issues to clients and senior leadership.
• Stay current on changes in international and U.S. corporate compliance regulations and filing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in corporate compliance, entity management, or related field; international compliance experience strongly preferred.
• Proven understanding of U.S. and international annual report and corporate filing requirements.
• Experience using compliance tracking platforms or entity management software is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and third-party providers.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
