Job summary

Connecticut Lottery Corporation is seeking a Compliance Manager – Retail and iLottery to lead and strengthen our compliance program across retail and digital lottery operations.

Under the Director of Compliance, Audit & Security, you will partner with Legal and business units, manage regulatory submissions, and ensure adherence to laws and policies. This role emphasizes proactive risk management, investigations support, and governance across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in compliance, regulatory affairs, audit, risk management, or related field.
• Experience in gaming industry compliance is encouraged.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical guidance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; sound judgment.
• Certification in compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison with Department of Consumer Protection on retail and iLottery compliance matters.
• Develop and improve a comprehensive compliance framework for retail and iLottery.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable laws and communicate requirements to business units.
• Support regulatory reviews, investigations and internal audits.
• Monitor compliance risks and coordinate remediation with stakeholders.
• Prepare analysis and recommendations for senior management.
