Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance
• Interview witnesses, complainants and others to obtain information
• Secure evidence in statements, documents, records and exhibits for administrative hearings and court
• Investigate backgrounds of licensees, subcontractors and agents
• Analyze financial records and other reports
• Identify possible threats to internal and external security
• Gather information and write reports
• Prepare affidavits and applications for arrest warrants
• Apprehend suspects and make arrests
• Present cases in court
• Perform related duties as required
