  • Develop and execute all phases of an investigation, including fact gathering; review and analysis of company data, information, and records; and conducting interviews of witnesses and subject employees who may include all levels of employees.
  • Preserve confidentiality or privilege and follows procedures for fact-gathering, document reviews and witness interviews.
  • Perform forensic analysis in support of investigations.
  • Provide accurate and timely oral and written investigative reports to the Director, Compliance, the Chief Compliance Officer, and other senior executives.
  • Coordinate closely with Chief Employment Counsel and Human Resources relative to application, interpretation, and enforcement of the Hubbell Code of Conduct, Third-Party Code of Conduct, and company policies.
What will help you thrive in this role?

The successful candidate will have the following experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Criminal Justice, Human Resources, or related degree).

  • Excellent skills in organization, active listening, and detail-orientation, along with strong written / verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Case Management software (such as SAI Compliance 360) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge and familiarity with the application of employment laws, policies, and practices a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management; ability to work on multiple investigations at once.
  • Able to conduct majority of interviews and investigations virtually with ability to travel in U.S. if needed
