Job summary

Texas A&M AgriLife seeks a Compliance Officer I to monitor and facilitate compliance with federal, state, and TAMUS standards in College Station. You will lead investigations, maintain rules and procedures, and support communications and data requests for the agency.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with four years of related experience, with travel and strong written/verbal skills. On-site position with robust benefits and risk management duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and investigate cases involving allegations of fraud, waste, and abuse, or other policy violations.
• Act as investigator and coordinate with director/subject matter experts.
• Maintain rules library and assist in drafting new language.
• Aid in public information requests and data organization.
• Participate in on-site reviews of off-campus centers and review records procedures.
• Review program risk assessments for completeness and accuracy.
