The DC Department of Human Resources, within the Department of Public Works' Human Capital Administration, seeks a Compliance Specialist to oversee the Drug and Alcohol Program and ensure adherence to federal, district laws and collective bargaining agreements.

The role conducts audits and investigations, reviews inquiries, and develops corrective actions to improve agency compliance. On-site work with occasional travel is required, and the position is security sensitive with enhanced screening.

Formación

• Experience planning and conducting audits and investigations.
