Qualifications

• Degree (Bachelor's or Associate's) and three (3) years of ICD-9/ICD-10 coding, CPT coding, and billing experience.
• Strong knowledge in medical coding and billing regulations.
• Preferred certifications from AHIMA, AAPC, and/or HCCA.

Responsibilities

• Develop educational materials for training needs.
• Prepare and oversee institutional compliance training.
• Conduct training sessions on coding, billing, and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with management to identify educational opportunities.
