Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years related experience and/or training is required.
• Ability to manage recurring tasks and deadlines with general oversight.
• Ability to independently research questions and problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and analytical support to the Compliance Department.
• Support compliance reporting and administrative activities.
• Maintain document and data reporting for compliance.

Skills

Working knowledge of FIS-IBS system

Excellent organizational skills

Excellent communication skills

Understanding of State and Federal Banking Regulations

Proficient with Microsoft Excel

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively

Education

Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent
