• Administers program and fiscal reviews; presents findings and Plans of Improvement.
• Develops data-driven audit tools to measure compliance with regulations.
• Tracks data on external audits/surveys and Plans of Corrective Action (POCA).
• Provides training and troubleshooting for staff on EHR and documentation standards.
• Identifies deficits and recommends improvements to program administration.
