Job summary

The State of Minnesota - Children Youth & Families Dept is seeking a data-driven professional for a hybrid role in Saint Paul to advance the DCYF compliance data strategy, perform advanced analytics, research design, and performance measurement.

You will design reports, dashboards, and surveys to support management decisions, handle audits, and provide technical guidance on data governance and analytics tools.

Qualifications

  • Four (4) years of experience analyzing and reporting with data, including spatial or statistical analysis and modeling, and managing data with database querying.
  • Experience with data collection, data analysis, data manipulation, data transformation, and interpretation.
  • Data visualization experience with tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, or Qlik.
  • Experience with analytic tools/platforms including Alteryx, R Studio, SAS, Databricks, or Anaconda.
  • Ability to synthesize and organize large volumes of complex information and present it in writing and verbally in a succinct, easily understandable manner.

Job description

    • Pay range: $37.91 - $56.39 / hourly ($79,156 - $117,742 / annually)
    • Work shift/hours: Day Shift / 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
    • Days of work: Monday - Friday
