To see our fill list of Team Member Benefits please visit our career site:**Job Description:**Job Summary: Under the direction of the Compliance Manager, the Compliance Coordinator is responsible for providing support in all compliance related activities. The Compliance Coordinator organizes and maintains compliance records, audits and reports. The Compliance Coordinator must have a professional attitude and demonstrate ethical behavior. Duties include, but not limited to:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Coordinate record keeping and reporting requirements for Title 31 documents as directed by management.* Investigate possible violations of internal procedures/controls.* Responsible for the day-to-day audit of all documents generated from the operating departments and ensures the compliance with the ICS and Title 31. Any discrepancies are submitted to management.* Occasionally trace a sample of potential reportable items through the transactions flow to ensure compliance with Title 31.* Ensure the timely preparation for filing of CTR and SARC's and re-filing incomplete CTRs when additional information is obtained.* Provide assistance in coordination of the audit process with both internal and external auditors.* Provide assistance in preparation of quarterly reports of compliance and exceptions for review by the CTR Compliance Committee.* In absence of manager monitor daily sensitive key transactions.* In conjunction with manager conduct quarterly audits of sensitive keys and users of sensitive keys.* Monitor compliance with the rules and requirements of Title 31 and ICS as directed by manager.* Works with manager to ensure the proper storage/warehousing and retention of all sensitive documents via a manual or computerized process.* Other duties as assigned by managementQualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. A minimum of one (1) to two (2) years computerized auditing/accounting experience or a combination of education and/or experience with casino operations and with STGC and/or Federal rules and regulations pertaining to Title 31.* To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience in and knowledge of all Tribal and Federal rules and regulations, gaming activities, accounting, count rooms and overall operations of the Casino.* Must also have a working knowledge of ICS, Title 31 and FinCen Regulations.* Must possess excellent time management skills.* Must possess basic mathematical skills to include ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.* Computer systems experience preferred.* Must have excellent record keeping skills.* Must be able to meet time sensitive deadlines.* Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.**WORK ENVIRONMENT*** While performing the duties of this job, team member is regularly required to stand, walk, and demonstrate high-mobility for a majority of the shift.* Will also regularly: speak and listen to internal and external customer directions or orders in an atmosphere of varying background noise; transit across surfaces that may alternate between carpeted and hard surfaces; walk through slippery surfaces and/or sloping floors or stairs; use hands to finger, handle or feel small objects such paper or cloth; and reach with hands and arms overhead and from side to side.* Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, peripheral vision and depth perception. Will often transit between brightly lit and dimly lit areas, including flashing lights and computer or TV screens.* Position requires bending, lifting and carrying supplies and equipment up to 20 pounds, will be required to use, push and pull wheeled hand-carts or other equipment weighing in excess of 100 lbs.* Will regularly bend, stoop, kneel, and twist at the waist. May occasionally be exposed to bodily fluids, pet or service animals, and strong odors.* Will regularly be exposed to tobacco and other second hand smoke.* May occasionally use de-escalation techniques to resolve customer conflict.* Will be required to assist in customer evacuation in case of emergency.**CLOSING**The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans. First preference in hiring, training, promoting and in all other aspects of employment is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements.
