Responsibilities

• Help the department ensure compliance with ATF, NFA and export regulations.
• Learn to navigate all systems to accomplish daily tasks.
• Submit Form transfers and manufacture reports to the ATF daily and upload approved forms to our systems.
• Stage approved serial numbers for 4473 appointments.
• Perform warranty repair validation checks and ticket confirmations.
• Handle serialized checkouts to internal departments.
• Acquire new serialized items into the logbook.
• Gain product knowledge to ensure regulatory compliance and assist with questions and orders.
• Answer a team email and manage daily calls (approx. 100 emails, 10 calls).
• Schedule and process 4473 appointments with customers.
• Perform monthly 4473 auditing.
• Coordinate with shipping to ship and track orders.
• Process new orders and payments with customers.
• Process serialized update requests with ATF and confirm completion.
• Update job knowledge through education opportunities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
• Adhere to safe work practices and injury procedures.

Shift: 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday - Thursday)

Position Overview

Work in an exciting industry as a Compliance Coordinator. Every product manufactured at SilencerCo is heavily regulated, which requires each product to be assigned a unique serial number. Having a strong attention to detail and ability to complete numerous tasks with high quality is a must, as you will help manage all serialized products that move throughout the facility. This position is extremely important and has a huge responsibility to our company and our customers.

• This position reports to the Compliance Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Helps the department ensure compliance with ATF, NFA & Export Regulations.
• Learn to navigate through all systems to accomplish daily tasks.
• Submit Form transfers and manufacture reports to the ATF daily and upload approved forms to our systems.
• Staging approved serial numbers for 4473 appointments.
• Warranty repair validation checks and ticket confirmations.
