As we grow, we are seeking a dedicated Compliance & Contracting Analyst to join our team.

Position Overview

The Compliance & Contracting Analyst plays a critical role in supporting ValidiFI’s legal, compliance and contracting activities. This position is responsible for executing key compliance processes, managing contract workflows, and maintaining accurate documentation that supports regulatory, audit, and business requirements.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, solid business judgement, exceptional organizational skills, can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate strong business acumen, and handle sensitive information in a regulated environment. This role offers opportunities for professional development across legal and compliance disciplines within a growing fintech organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Compliance Support

• Create, manage, and distribute annual customer compliance certifications, including FCRA Permissible Purpose and GLBA compliance attestations.
• Prepare and support responses for customer (business) B2B Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs).
• Collect, maintain and report on contract‑related compliance documentation required for SOC audits and internal controls.
• Provide ongoing status updates and reporting to business stakeholders.
• Conduct vendor searches using licensed national databases and prepare associated risk assessments during onboarding.
• Support vendor off‑boarding by completing destruction requirements, verifying contract obligations and ensuring proper documentation.

2. Contract Management & Reporting

• Triage incoming contract requests, route them appropriately, and maintain accurate data for executed agreements.
• Review and redline mutual nondisclosure agreements (MNDAs) for clients and vendors.
• Facilitate e‑signature processes; collect, document, and distribute execution packages.
• Maintain and update agreement templates, including revisions for new services, commercial terms, and annual review updates.
• Manage the contract register, monitor expirations, identify stale agreements, and report on contract‑related metrics.
• Generate monthly renewal reports and prepare draft renewal documents.
• Provide documentation and evidence for GRC tool.

Qualifications

Required:

• 3+ years of experience in compliance operations, contract management, internal auditing or a related role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, problem‑solve, and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, GRC, CLM, and e‑signature platforms

Preferred:

• Experience with SOC audits, FCRA, GLBA, and/or privacy regulations
• Familiarity with software systems and tools for CLM, GRC, and KYC verifications
• Background supporting compliance or legal departments in a regulated environment
• JD candidates or recent grads looking for internship opportunities
