Job summary

BD is seeking a Compliance Consultant to strengthen government program compliance and governance. The role partners with Commercial, Contracting, Legal, Finance, and Operations to enhance data integrity and operating efficiency using analytics, SFDC data governance, and AI-enabled tooling.

Key responsibilities include developing dashboards, auditing data, and driving corrective actions while collaborating across functions to transform compliance processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in compliance, contract administration, analytics, sales operations, audit, or related business functions.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to evaluate large datasets and identify trends and risks.
• Experience with Salesforce.com, reporting tools, dashboards, and data analytics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support government contract compliance activities, pricing governance, and audit readiness initiatives.
• Develop and maintain compliance monitoring tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions utilizing Salesforce, Power BI, and AI‑enabled technologies.
• Perform audits of contract, customer, product, and pricing data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to strengthen data governance, improve process controls, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Utilize analytics and automation to streamline compliance reviews, reporting, and business processes.
• Support implementation of corrective actions and process improvements that reduce risk and improve performance.
• Lead or contribute to strategic projects involving compliance transformation, reporting enhancements, system improvements, and digital innovation.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and business leaders.

Job Description

The Compliance Consultant partners across Commercial, Contracting, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to strengthen compliance programs, improve data integrity, and drive operational excellence within BD's Government business.

This role combines compliance expertise, analytics, Salesforce.com (SFDC) data governance, and AI-enabled technologies to identify risks, improve business processes, and develop innovative solutions that support growth and compliance objectives. The position serves as a trusted advisor, leveraging data-driven insights and automation to enhance decision‑making, reporting, and governance.

• Experience leveraging AI, automation, or digital workflow solutions.
• Lean Six Sigma, Process Excellence, or Continuous Improvement experience.
