Job Description

The Compliance Client Services Strategist Sr Principal role is responsible for the development, implementation, execution, and maintenance of Prime's Compliance program specific to the State Public Sector (SPS), Government Programs (GP), and Employer Group Waiver Plans (EGWP) lines of business.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance strategy supporting SPS, GP, and EGWP.
  • Define and build mechanisms for capturing and understanding compliance risk within these areas for visibility to Prime’s leaders.
  • Establish and grow strategic partnerships with SPS and GP business stakeholders and leaders.
  • Develop and manage resources and tools needed to support compliance and contractual obligations.
  • Ensure proper oversight and monitoring practices are in place across these business areas, bringing synergy to the overall compliance oversight and monitoring plan.
  • Plan and prepare for new business opportunities and expansions, ensuring visibility, aligning partnership expectations, and establishing compliance support structures.
  • Represent Compliance during SPS, GP, and EGWP Requests for Proposal and implementation processes to ensure bid and contractual commitments align with a compliance support model, including the 7 elements of an effective compliance program.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level business reporting to update compliance leaders on the health of the programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, business management, information management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10 years of work experience in legal, compliance, or related field.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Physical Demands
  • Travel up to 10%.
  • Remain stationary 50% of the time; capable of moving/traversing.
  • Operate a computer and office equipment.
  • Communicate effectively.

Potential pay ranges from $124,000 to $211,000 based on experience and skills.
