We are actively seeking Compliance & Business Ethics, Regulatory Investigations Attorneys located anywhere in the United States with the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, business ethics, and/or regulatory investigations within a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Strong understanding of global compliance frameworks, including FCPA, anti-bribery laws, and corporate governance regulations.
• Experience managing complex internal investigations and regulatory interactions.
• JD Degree from an accredited institution.
• Active bar license in good standing in the state in which you currently reside/practice.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be interested in practicing in an alternative, fixed-term legal services model.

Support our multinational corporate clients on the following:

• Dynamic project work that varies in length and is conducted remotely or on-site depending on client needs.
• Provide legal guidance on compliance, business ethics, and regulatory matters.
• Oversee internal investigations related to compliance violations and regulatory inquiries.
• Variable hours in a consultancy role; commitment may range from part-time to full-time based on project requirements.
• Professional immersion in diverse corporate cultures and industries.
