NRP Group is seeking a Compliance Auditor to join its growing team. The role focuses on auditing and preparing files for state agencies and syndicators, tracking due dates, and coordinating with property offices to ensure corrections are implemented and files are ready for third-party review.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in property management and 2–5 years of property management experience, with familiarity in Yardi and related software.

Under the direction of the Director of Compliance, the Compliance Auditor is responsible for auditing and preparing files to be sent to the State agencies and Syndicators.
Duties include obtaining corrections needed to satisfy audit findings from state agencies and syndicators.
Additional duties consistent with the overall position responsibility may be required as deemed necessary by the Compliance Director.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in property management
Experience: 2 - 5 years of property management experience with market rate and affordable housing communities
Technical Skills: Experience with property management software packages is required
Other Requirements: HCCP, CP3 or Qualifying Compliance designations preferred
