The NRP Group LLC is hiring a Compliance Analyst to support audit processes and manage reporting for multifamily properties. Based on site, you will collaborate with property offices to gather documents, track deadlines, and ensure corrective actions are completed accurately and on time.
Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years in property management, familiarity with state reporting, and a preference for HCCP/CP3 credentials.

Under the direction of the Compliance Analyst Manager, the Compliance Analyst is responsible for all communication on site audits, both file and physical, with the State agencies and Syndicators. Duties includes obtaining corrections needed to satisfy audit findings and submitting responses to the State agencies, entering property data into State data bases and providing required reporting to the State agencies.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred equivalent experience in property management
Experience: 2 - 5 years of property management experience with market rate and affordable housing communities
Technical Skills: Experience with various property management software packages is required.
Other Requirements: HCCP, CP3 or Qualifying Compliance designations preferred
