Responsibilities

• Reviews audit reports and approves recommendations to ensure accuracy.
• Provides technical guidance on driver training and testing standards.
• Develops and maintains policies, procedures, and audit tools.
• Trains and mentors auditors to enhance skills and service delivery.
• Monitors laws and regulations and updates practices accordingly.
• Coordinates investigations of non-compliance and program irregularities.
• Performs other related duties as directed by management.
