Job summary

Vatica Health, Inc. seeks a Program Director for Compliance & Audit to lead corporate compliance activities and coordinate company-wide monitoring and auditing across units and vendors. You will help ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies while guiding special projects across multiple functions.

The role requires working with IT, legal, and business teams to implement corrective actions and strengthen controls. Strong communication and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health administration, communications, business administration or a related field.
• Knowledge of auditing standards and techniques.
• Understanding of CMS compliance requirements helpful.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 and HITRUST requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to gather and analyze data, write reports, and organize work efficiently.
• Strong project management skills and self-starting, flexible attitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Compliance Team goals, policies and procedures.
• Coordinate company-wide compliance monitoring and audits of internal units and vendors.
• Perform proactive monitoring, prepare reports and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate annual conflict of interest assessments and monitoring systems.
• Oversee Third-Party Assurance process and vendor risk assessments.
• Support IT with SOC 2 and HITRUST audits and coordinate external assessments.
• Manage corporate insurance portfolio and registrations.
• Serve as a resource to foster compliance and open communication.
• Assist with special projects as requested.

Job description

TheCompliance & Audit Program Director is responsible for managing activities related to corporate compliance and coordinating Company-wide compliance monitoring and auditing activities, including audits of the Company’s internal business units and vendors. The Compliance & Audit Program Director will help ensure compliance with all applicable rules and laws, as well as internal policies/procedures, and assist with performing and managing special projects across multiple functional areas as requested.

Responsibilities

• Assistwith developing andimplementingthe Compliance Team’s goals,objectives, plans,policiesand procedures.
• Assistwith developing and implementing policies and procedures consistent withthe Company’scontractual obligations.
• Perform proactive monitoring/auditing of potentially high-risk areas, preparereports,and help implement andmonitorany corrective actions.
• Assistwith conducting annual conflict of interest assessment and help manage monitoring system.
• Manage and oversee Company’s Third-Party Assurance process, includingcoordinatingthe vendor risk assessment process andfacilitatingrisk and compliance discussions in the remediation of issues.
• Support the IT organization with SOC 2 and HITRUST audit activities, as needed, and coordinate external audits, assessments, and surveys by Company clients.
• Managethe Company’scorporate insurance portfolio.
• ManageCompany’scorporate registrations.
• Serve as a resourceforCompany personnel to continue to foster compliance and open communications.
• Perform other duties as may berequiredor assigned, includingassistancewithmanagingand overseeing special projects as they arise.

• Bachelor's degree in health administration, communications, businessadministrationor a related field
• Demonstrated current working knowledge ofapplicableauditing standards and techniques.
• Understanding of CMS compliance requirements helpful
• Working knowledge of SOC 2 and HITRUST requirements sufficient to support the IT organization and other cross-functional stakeholders.
