Job summary

Integrity is seeking an Audit & Assurance Analyst to support the Enterprise Compliance and Risk team in executing risk-based assurance activities. The role covers SOCs, HITRUST engagements, and assurance over the risk framework, coordinating with multiple functions and a transforming external audit estate.

You will grow in a high-visibility program, applying audit methodology and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in accounting, finance, information systems, business, or related field.
1–3 years in IT audit, internal audit, assurance, or control testing; internships considered.
Familiarity with control frameworks such as SOC 2, HITRUST, NIST, or COSO.
Experience with evidence collection, control documentation, or walkthrough procedures.
Familiarity with risk concepts to evaluate control effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Execute SOCs and HITRUST readiness activities, collect evidence and identify gaps.
Support external audit fieldwork and manage auditor requests to closure.
Maintain audit-ready evidence in the GRC platform for ongoing assurance.
Conduct independent assessments of major business risks and reporting.
Support risk appetite and tolerance policy application across the org.
