Job summary

Arrow Search Partners seeks a Compliance Associate for a Boston-based private equity environment. You will join the compliance team, reporting to the Compliance Manager, and own the Code of Ethics program while helping run day-to-day obligations.

The role offers growth as you monitor trading activity, manage onboarding, attestations, and logs, with exposure to expert networks, quarterly reviews and AML procedures, shaping an integrity-first culture in a high-performance firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, law or related field.
• 2–3 years in a compliance, legal or regulatory role in financial services.
• Familiarity with the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, including Code of Ethics, AML and sanctions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage recurring processes and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own the Code of Ethics program end to end: manage the employee compliance platform, onboarding, attestations, monitoring trading activity, and lists.
• Review and log pre-clearance requests and conflict disclosures with complete records.
• Monitor expert networks usage and support related controls.
• Lead quarterly operational compliance review and produce reports with up-to-date trackers.
• Review electronic communications and marketing materials; assist investor due diligence responses.
• Support AML procedures and remind teams of compliance obligations.
• Be a go-to resource on Code of Ethics questions and reinforce firm-wide integrity.
