Compliance Analyst/Associate (New York, NY): A leading private equity firm with more than $5B in assets under management is seeking a Compliance Analyst or Associate to join its team in New York City in a #2 capacity. Responsibilities

• Support compliance program administration, including Code of Ethics monitoring and quarterly certifications.
• Assist with regulatory filings and maintain compliance records.
• Participate in testing, mock exams, and other internal reviews to assess controls and readiness.
• Research new regulatory developments and implement resulting compliance requirements.
• Review and organize contracts and related legal documentation.
• Partner across investment, legal, and operations teams to uphold firm standards.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements and best-practice enhancements as the firm scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; legal, compliance, or paralegal background preferred.
• 1–5 years of compliance or legal experience in private equity, private markets, or broader financial services.
