What You’ll Do

Prepare and file global regulatory disclosures (SEC, NFA, SFC, and others)
Monitor employee activity including certifications, conflict checks, and restricted list processes
Review and interpret forensic reports to identify exceptions and support process improvement
Support oversight of vendor relationships, expert networks, and information barriers
Contribute to compliance policy governance and cross-functional regulatory projects
