Our client, a leading firm in the private markets/equity space, is looking to make a hire in New York.

This role will be part of a global compliance team supporting the business on their regulatory and due diligence obligations. Some experience with the code of ethics (gifts, PA dealing & OBI's) would be a plus.

Key skills desired:

1. This candidate ideally has at least 2 years of experience in an investment management firm.
2. Bachelor’s degree required; JD or JD candidate is a plus.
3. 2-6 years’ experience in the financial services industry or at a regulator, including the SEC, FINRA, NFA, etc.
4. Exceptional attention to detail.
5. Professional, efficient, resourceful, and driven individuals.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with and present to senior stakeholders in the business.
