Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of combined professional experience and/or education as described in the job posting.
• Education in housing finance, business, public administration or related field may substitute experience.
• Strong understanding of state and federal low-income housing program regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Compliance Asset Management of HTF/HOME/NHTF projects with reviews.
• Review, update, and refine asset management processes, protocols and templates.
• Provide WBARS technical assistance to internal and external clients.
• Coordinate with MHU, the agency, and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
